Drive Automatic is an automatic-only driving school. Its self-employed franchise is one way to work with a local brand and practical support, while retaining your professional judgement about teaching and test readiness.
Drive Automatic brand use, school-supplied livery and stickers, ongoing marketing, and access to Total Drive for booking and learner management.
Administration support for learner introductions and agreed payment collection. Allocation considers area, availability, preferences and support needs, aiming to support the suitable instructor with the fewest learners.
Choose your availability and accept or decline suitable introductions. Bring independently sourced learners, with no commission on their lesson income. School lesson prices are centrally set.
Current ADI registration and entitlement to teach automatic, plus your own clean, roadworthy automatic tuition car with working dual controls and appropriate insurance, including test use if offered. You supply and maintain your roof box; the school supplies the livery and stickers.
This is self-employment, not an employed position. Areas are shared, not exclusive. Pupil numbers, hours, a full diary and income are not guaranteed. Professional standards, safeguarding responsibilities and an accurate diary remain essential.
